The movement language in Wellbeing Dance comes from the participants and no past dance experience is required. Participants are guided by a trained facilitator who offers a theme at each workshop to explore and enjoy. Be prepared to have fun and laugh. Our mental health is important. Participants comment how valuable this kind of me time is. Tiina has over thirty-five years experience working within community and dance in health environments.

Wellbeing Dance workshops are currently delivered in Sandgate throughout 2019. The next cycle of workshops begin on the 4 May at Sandbag, beginning at 11.00am. Please register your interest with Sandbag by calling Belinda on 3869 3244. These workshops are supported by Brisbane City Council.

Our wellbeing dance workshops are organic, inclusive and surprising. Workshop numbers are capped so early bookings are encouraged. We can also create a block of workshops for an existing group and come to you.
